Our revenue comes from two sources: service professionals, who pay to advertise services and discount offers on Providing Connections, and paid memberships, which give users access to discounted services and more for an annual fee.

Most companies sign up to join our network and add their business to Providing Connections. However, before they are featured on our network, they go through a thorough vetting process to ensure that our customers are receiving the best service possible. Businesses may also be added when a customer posts a review to let others know about their work.

Providing Connections is available to connect you with service providers 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, through our website and application. Please note, some services may not be available 24/7, and are subject to the discretion and business hours of our partners.

Honor your agreements and be honest about your expectations and limitations. As a provider, be honest if a job is outside your skillset or licensing. As a customer, be honest if you have no intention of completing a project. Always be upfront if something isn’t going as agreed upon or planned.
